Shipping and returns

Shipping to the UK Mainland is £1.50 unless otherwise stated, or you select another delivery method.

Returns and Refunds

If your item is still in its original packaging, unused and not damaged you can return it to us within 14 days of recipt for your full money back. If the item develops a defect within 28 days you can return the product for a replacement.

Please Note - Returns after the inital 14 days are at our discretion.

How to return your item

If you want to return your item, you need to fill out a "Merchendise Return", you can find this form once you have logged into the shop in the "My Account" box on the left. Then follow the steps below:

1) Select the order which has the item(s) you wish to return.

2) Tick the check-box next to the item(s) and enter the quantity.

3) Enter a reason for your return request.

Once you have completed the steps above, you will be sent an email confirmation, and another email when your return request is authorised or declined. If your return is authorised, you will recieve more information on shipping the item back to us.
