Before visiting the zoo with your school, why not come yourself and see what we offer and carry out your own risk assessment while you're here.

*Please Note: This form requires you have Microsoft Word 2003 or later.

A copy will be sent to you with a reference number, this number will be unique to you and one that can only be used once. You will retain a section of the form for your proof of entrance and the other section will be retained by the zoo.

You can also request worksheets for individual age groups that the zoo will prepare and provide free of charge on your visit.
